The RPA (Robotic Process Automation) project was developed by Ricardo Santos and Marina Pereira with the objective of automating processes through robotisation. The aim was to free employees from repetitive and low value-added functions, thus allowing them to dedicate themselves to tasks which require a valuable contribution that cannot be automated. The team is currently self-governing in designing new robots and currently possesses 10 robots in its possession. It is presently taking advantage of the investment and broadening its horizons to other departments of the organisation.
