Thanks to his tax and technological expertise, Isael Rocha has created a tool that automatically fills in the fields of an additional tax obligation, overcoming the impossibility of manually entering thousands of data and indicators. This process solved an obstacle the team had been facing for more than a year, since a new tax regulation had been implemented in the State of São Paulo. With the solution in place, compliance with the tax authorities was improved, potential penalties were avoided and the speed of response was optimised.
