These results were achieved through a joint effort, prioritising the overall interests of the company and customer satisfaction, rather than the specific interests of the different areas of activity. Always working as a team and always sharing available information, they managed to overcome market difficulties and the subsequent problems of a lack of additional components with a negative impact on production capacity, which forced a balanced selection of businesses/customers.
