The project undertaken by this team was based on the transfer of the import/representation of the VCE brand in Mozambique, which had a very tight decision deadline. Being a multidisciplinary team with very different skills and backgrounds, the team managed to meet the deadlines and expectations set by the selling company through complex and collaborative project meetings. At the same time, it was possible to streamline the process locally through the transfer and integration of human resources and the guarantee/control of the purchased goods with everyone’s effort and dedication. This team achieved a smooth and successful transfer, as well as recognition from the parties involved for our professionalism and performance.
