Article 1 | Awards
- Every year, the Nors Group organises the We Nors Awards initiative.
Article 2 | Objective
- The objective of the We Nors Awards is to:
- Recognise that effort and dedication from Nors’ employees and teams must be appreciated and celebrated. We strive to highlight wins, talent and excellence.
- Promote development, based on the value of all the people in Nors community and that every one of us stands to grow, learn and improve from each other. We aim to propagate this mindset from our movers and shakers to the furthest reaches of our community.
- Reward great work, and bring everyone together and celebrate each and every one of our successes. It is a reminder that our work goes beyond ourselves and that we, together, are Nors.
- Through this initiative we aim to recognise exceptional, individual and collective contributions in the following dimensions: team spirit, innovation, leadership, being Nors, customer orientation and business performance.
Article 3 | Evaluation Categories
The We Nors Awards categories are as follows:
- We Unite – celebrate team spirit;
- We Innovate – celebrate innovation;
- We Lead – celebrate leadership;
- We Are – celebrate being Nors;

Should circumstances so justify new We Nors Awards categories might be created.

- Applications will not be considered, in any of the categories, if the associated actions are part of the candidates’ functions/responsibilities;

- Applications from CEOs/COOs will not be considered for the We Are category and should be submitted under the We Lead category.
Article 5 | Submission of Applications
- The applications are made by filling in the online Application Form, and may submit videos, images and other content formats, being the responsibility of the Human Resources Departments (HRD) to support employees in accessing the Form;

- The HOPC Committee may ask HOPC for additional relevant information needed to make a proper evaluation within the context of the applications;
- Each application is evaluated vis-à-vis the quality of the action and its impact on a scale of 4 (from 0 to 3). The final score of each application is the result of the sum of the values attributed to the auality of the action and its impact and is represented on a scale of 7 (from 0 to 6);
- The file with the evaluation of the applications, completed by members of the HOPC Committee is sent to the HOPC at a set date, communicated in a timely manner;

- The winner of each category is determined by the sum of the worldwide votes of the Nors Group employees, weighted according to the size of each region, and the individual vote of the members of the Executive Board, CEOs and Directors of Nors;
- Voting is carried out by electronic voting, through a dedicated website;
- The result of the voting remains secret and is only known to the HOPC until the time of the Ceremony, when the winners in each category are announced.
